Have you ever noticed that when brave producers and directors decide to recreate a book as a movie, the end results often turn out to be nothing alike? For example, Harry Potter. When I first read the 5th book, I was in awe, I could not believe how good it was, then, years later, the movie comes out. At first I was excited, I could not wait for such a marvelous book to be in motion, although, that was my opinion before I saw the movie. As it turns out with most films originating from books, the 2 were nothing alike, whatsoever! All the parts had been switched, and some of the best scenes were not even in the movie, but you know what, I lived through it. But now, now it is time to draw the line. I am sure, all of you have heard that the New York Times Bestseller, Twilight, by Stephenie Meyer, is going to become a movie right? Either by me, or someone else, but did you ever expect that they would change a major character's name? I agree, scenes must be changed not and then to make the movie fitting, but what may I ask was the need, to change the name of Mr. Varner, the biology teacher, whose class was the one in which Bella and Edward had their first conversation in? What I mean to say was, scenes change, but why would you change Mr. Varner's name? That too, to Mr. Molina? It pains me to say I don't know, but when I discovered this, I was furious, oh well, at least Edward's name remained the same, yet we can never be sure, what if on November 21st we discover his name is Johnathan? And Bella, Christina?

LOL Harry Potter 5 sucked.
And He's NOT that major!
Well, I suppose I exaggerated a little bit, but it was his class in which Bella and Edward initially met, so he does play quite a bit of a role, and also, what was the need to change his name?
Also, are they going to show the wolves in the 1st movie too? Because as I watch the trailers and videos/interviews, it seems as though they are planning to merge the first 2 books together, or something like that...
Well, no, but Sam and his gang were normal teenagers who showed up at the bonfire, weren't they?
Yes, but I was watching this interview of Taylor Lautner, and he began speaking about the werewolves, and he said his favourite line in the movie is, "Does my being half-naked bother you?", and he doesn't become a wolf until the second one, and well, besides the werewolf transformation process, what other reason does he have to be half-naked?
And, Jacob didn't know about the Cullens in the 1st book, so what reason would he have for going to the bonfire? And, that was also in the second book!
I was reading that, and he said it would be in the 2nd movie IF they made it.
Which they will, because it depends on the $$ they make and then look at the fangirls, us included.
Yes, I suppose being an obsessed Edward Cullen fan is benefiting them as well...
