The trip- Verdict: Semi-fun

Today was our class to down-town Toronto. Initially we went to see a play, we walked out of the theater thinking "What in the name of all things great and holy, was that?!?" By that, I mean it was... not-good. Yes, I know some of you who know me very well (Jessica) are wondering why I do not say it like it is, considering my new career as a scrutinizer, but the problem is, it was a great play ONLY if you understood the topic. In the end, it was explained to us, but they should have provided a simple synopsis at the beginning in order for us to completely appreciate the art. Anyway, lunch at the St. Lawrence market turned out to be more fun than the trip itself, mainly because...

  1. I had souvlaki which tasted really good
  2. I saw 2 homosexual people (separately)
  3. I met an odd emo person
  4. I saw a Chinese lady get yelled at by a Russian lady
  5. I bought a birthday present for my brother which he loved
  6. I got to take a "cool" picture
  7. I learned a lot of interesting things about people...
  8. We played truth or dare and something happened between Jessica and Derek

Lastly, because I feel lazy I will give you the highlight of the day.

We were walking along the streets of downtown Toronto when Derek rests his arm on my shoulder. I really did not care so I kept walking. All is fine until a police officer passes us and Derek begins to duck. I look at him and ask why he ducked. His genius reply? "It is the cops!" To this, I respond by saying, "If you have done anything to give you a reason to hide from the police, get your arm off of me!"
**I know it does not sound extremely funny, but it was, trust me.

I WISH! No, she just... Oh wait, I am not allowed to tell. :( No, I did not tell him about you, he was weird! Muttering gibberish to himself. As for the homos, you are better off not knowing.

I can tell you no problem.
I was supposed to hug him for 5 seconds. Because we used to have odd rumours going on about us, it was awkward, so I just put my arm around his shoulders for 5 seconds.
They(Ghazal and Kanishkan) say it doesn't count.

TeamMudkipAwesome said...

thats a hug it does count, theres just different types of hugs

Ghazal said...

I know, but we meant a real hug.

Jessica said...

But that's....sexual harrassment! HA!

TeamMudkipAwesome said...

a hug is a hug

Ghazal said...

You picked dare. Hey, does that mean Ian sexually harasses you everyday?

TeamMudkipAwesome said...

its possible......

Jessica said...

No, because I'm ok with Ian hugging me...and I hug him back Everyone knows that Derek does NOT want me to hug him, nor would he hug me back.
Of course, given what happened just now..

If I delete any comments it's because anyone who wanted to read them has and I don't want anyone else to.

She hugged him.

Jessica said...

That wasn't it, but I posted it in the SpamBoards, under "How Goes RL?"

Ghazal said...

I suppose it is not as big anymore, considering that fact that I hugged him today.
