I really need to stop posting when I should be studying...

If you bother to read the titles of my posts, you will have noticed that I am supposed to be studying- for a test. Well, 2 tests, but I finished studying for 1 so that leaves me with- what is that? Yes! 1 more! No, actually I am not happy about having to study on such a nice day, but seriously, I would have been on my laptop anyway. As for my weekend (so far) eventful does not even begin to cover it. You would have thought that going to my aunt's prayer for her new home, playing BrainAge and Brain Quest, as well as going on a picnic (and studying) would be boring, but you are so wrong. 

On Thursday, the day our long weekend began, I did my homework and relaxed and tried not to think about the tests I had to study for ahead of me. Instead I went on the computer, read some blogs, started a new book, and of course went on dA. Nothing much happened this day excluding that fact that I was alone for 5+ hours while my mom and brother went shopping and when they came home my brother's friend had dinner with us.

Moving on... On Friday my aunt had a prayer for her new house and it turned out that my friends (family friends, no one from school- sadly) were coming with us, and that cheered me up right away. On the way there (here house is an hour away) we played my brothers DSi and I listening to my iPod... Skipping the ride, when we got there, we ate while we waited for my aunt to come home from the temple/church (her kids were home). We also played one of my favourite games- Brain Quest! I smouldered the competition by a landslide. It is simply unbelieveable that some people do not know what the capital of South Korea is. Anyway, when my aunt came back we helped her set up and then sat for... 2-3 hours. Sadly, this was the boring part. After the prayer however, when they were getting lunch ready, while my uncle was bringing the lunch downstairs, I do not know why, I simply thought something is going to fall. After 5 minutes of constant bringing food down nothing happened, then suddenly, SMASH! A large tray of food fell on to the ground. I managed to dodge the bullet and my clothes were squeaky clean, my aunt (who was wearing white) and my brother (who was wearing yellow) were not so lucky. After we ate, I went upstair with some other kids and we resumed playing Brain Quest, in the middle of the game we got hungry, so on the way to the kitchen we passed my cousin's room and caught him being um... gay with another guy. It is horribly disturbing and the worst part was, they were both 4. I literally cringed. The kids however did not know what they were doing required closed doors so unfortunately, I do not see that memory leaving my head any time soon. After games and whatever I got bored and went back downstairs and ended up being forcefully introduced to another girl there. I absoloutely hate it when my mom does that. You have no idea how ridiculous I looked literally being dragged by my mother, to meet another girl. I had nothing to say and neither did she, so it was extremely awkward for the first 10 minutes. I, feeling I needed to say something, decided to ask her about high school, since she was in her last year of it. That eventually started the conversation and somehow it ended with both of us agreeing on the fact that Mr. Jacobs A.K.A. Mr. Gray-Sideburns was insane. After a while I went back upstairs and thankfully my cousin and his friends were done. Anyway, I went to living room where everyone was playing... you guessed it, Brain Quest! It was really fun, but the funny part was when a random girl walked in and started putting on a big show about how "Canadian" she was, obviously she was an immigrant. It was funny because she pulled out her hot pink Motorolla RAZR and called her friend trying to teach her French, when she could hardly speak it herself. It ended up sounding like this, "...say this! Mershei Bicuoopuh!" Then, as a grand finale, she said "I wiiill talkh to you l-a-t-e-r!". If you are wondering why the letters in "later" are separated, it is not only because the word is so ashamed of being said the way she said it- it tore itself apart, but because she literally separated each syllable making it sound garbled and stupid. After about another 5 or so hours of randomness, we finally went home and I studied for my heath test.

The next day we went on a picnic with our friends from the day before. Apparently the area was home to only one race (hopefully you get what I am hinting at) so there were a few racist terms flying around, but none from me. The funniest part however was when my mom and my friend's mom were setting up lunch, a random dog came out of nowhere and came right up to them (whilst the screaming) it took the bag of coal and ran away. It was hilarious because they were making these odd noises to scare it away like "shooooo shoo ahh boo kurggh elppp!" or something like that. My friends and I were laughing our heads off when this happened- it was just so funny! Then the dog sat down at my mom's feet and started licking her leg and she screamed like he was the crypt keeper or something, then my friend's mom yelled at a group of boys to come get their dog but they did not do anything. It turned out that the dog belonged to an old man who did not even say sorry. My mom yelled profanity after profanity as she sat down and began to talking about the manners of that "***** son of a ****** ****** who couldn't ***** if her ****** ******** was **********" By the way, those stars are not the exact length of the words. After that I played soccer, ate, went hiking, almost fell down a ravine, saw a swan, climbed up a muddy ledge off the trail, and saw a HUGH squirrel. When we came back to the site we talked and went to Tim Horton's where we had coffee and doughnuts (mine was jelly filled). While we were sitting in the car and our parent's were in the store, my friend took my brothers DSi and recorded something very inapporopriate with the "f" word. It kind of sounded like this "F-ity F, F, F-ity, F, F, F, F, F, F, look at the F-er go!" The way he said "go" made it the most funniest thing I had ever heard! Then, they came to our house, we played video games, cards, watched TV, and ate. Then, they went home. When they went home I got ready for bed, and read.

That, is finally it. So far, a great weekend, but I am afraid I must go now- I have to finish studying.
