Today I finally got my new glasses, and I have to say, I love them! They are black like my old ones, but make my face look different, in the sense that it is not blatanly obvious that I am in grade nine. Apparently, in high school, being in grade nine is some sort of crime. Anyway, speaking of school, it's going well. I managed to make quite a few friends in each class, and if you count them in total you will get a lot. The real problem with the friends I made here is that a lot of them have average grammar, and if you know me at all, I am practically the queen of OCD when it comes to grammar. Though, I happened to realize it is relevant for everything, like gym. This girl was pitching with the same arm as the foot that came forward, and as a result every pitch swerved and it drove me CRAZY! I wanted to tell her that she was doing it wrong, but I was all the way in the outfield... Also, I managed to find my way to all of my classes and I can now go an entire day without asking for directions or looking nervous, unless that weird punk kid is near. So, all in all, high school is alright. My teachers (especially French and English) are awesome. Business I may have to acquire a liking to, but everything else seems to be fine (except my body from that fittness test- I am still sore).

yay naruto loving girl!!!
whats her name?
i consider 9 my lucky and favorite number :)
I pitch with the same arm and leg...
The only thing I can do is find my way to the staff lounge.
You can automatically decide you need a new friend? Is it just me, or does that seem a bit strange?
Why are there so many weird things in high school?
O.O a sophmore said this to me during PE:
"Hey, freshman! pick up my shirt!"
I think I pitch with separate legs, but I AM better at basketball--speaking of which I got 4/around 15 in today, which proves I suck.
I can find my classes easy already :)
The problem is remembering how to get out of science.
And @Jameson, staff lounge=getting caught screaming "THEY HAVE COUCHES!" by your French teacher.
One more thing: We have to swear not to let our new friends replace each other.
It sounds stupid but I'm not kidding.
That's why I follow you.
But they DO have couches!
That's easy enough. I don't have any new friends. Unless you count the people who sat with us during lunch.
They sort of count but not really because they're guys and to be honest, they're a little weird.
I'M a guy!
And I'm weird, too, but in a different way.
No, what I meant was I am always sitting with Kanishkan and Angkaran, and today their friends (who are guys) came to sit with us and I decided I need to find another girl with 4th period lunch...
@Jessica: Don't worry Jess, I won't.
@Matt: He actually said that? That's just taking it too far.
@Jameson: I can picture you saying that actually.
@Jameson Yeah, but I was mostly talking to Dev and Ghazal. A guy can't replace Dev.
Of course a guy can't replace Dev! Dev is irreplaceable!
xD
There is a guy in my music class like Dev, a kid in my class/on my bus who is a little bit like Derek, and another guy in my music class who is like Ian and Kevin combined.
There is a guy in my French class who is another Kevin. Same hair, same height, same nationality, same voice, and same personality. At first I thought it was Kevin, but his name is Charlie.
again , Ghazal , whats her name?
Oh, sorry, her name is Esha or Eesha, or Isha. I am not sure how to spell it, since I asked, but that is her name.
yep. I ignored him and he got mad :D
it was cool ^.^
Be glad he didn't decide to do anything about it...
I'm not too worried... I can defend myself.
I guess that's true. If it had been me I probably would have picked it up...
I see o.o
well I just don't care what sophomores think
No, that's not the problem with me, I am just not good at defending myself-physically.
Darling! I am so glad you're doing well! High-school is exhilarating at first, until the nasty, puerile drama creeps in. But that won't happen to you. Hopefully.
Oh, as a fellow OCD-ian, I can completely empathise. But we have to make peace with this sort thing, in order to survive in this disordered world. Oh but same-arm-same-leg chick sounds infuriating! Why would anyone do that?! UGH! That PITCH! See what I did there?
Thank you for the concern, it's nice having someone else to talk to for a change. My parents keep saying "It'll be fine" and "You'll grow into it"... it doesn't really provide any motivation. Hopefully it doesn't, hopefully...
I know, but that PITCH! If you could even call it a pitch! :)
